Currently refunds and returns are not issued as we only replace an item if it is incorrect or arrives broken/damaged. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully before purchasing discounted products.

DEFICIENT PRODUCTS

For deficient products (incorrect orders, defective or damaged products) please contact us at info@laisvai.com with clear images and other descriptions of the fault or deficiency. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item/s. As of now, we do not offer refunds to prevent fraud.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE OF ORDER

If you made a mistake in your order, please notify us of the requested change immediately as the production of your order often will begin on the same day you placed the order. We are only able to make changes to your order prior to being shipped.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us of the requested change immediately. We are only able to make changes to your shipping address prior to shipping your order. We cannot offer a refund if you notify us after the order has been shipped to the original address.​​​​​​​
